The company CHROMO TEXTILES EE was founded in 2018 by Dimitris Papadelis and Alexia Vandorou, in Koropi with the purpose of digital printing of fabrics with polyester fibers as their main composition in a percentage greater than 80%. From 2024 it is now based in Spata.
The reason for the creation of CHROMO TEXTILES EE was its owner’s random search for a quality, original sports appearance in a one-on-one amateur basketball league…
Not finding the quality at the right price, the decision was made that the space could be improved with a few more ideas and the commitment of a lot of work.
Travels to Europe and Asia began and in a few months the business venture was realized.
Immediately the customers who trusted us knew the consistency in the delivery time and the quality in their printing. Proof, the renewal of our collaboration every year for their new collections.
How proud we, together with our customers, feel when we start together from a mock-up on the computer and end up seeing our ready-made products in shop windows or worn as they pass by us.
At the request of our customers, in recent years the sewing service has also been provided by specialized partners so that you can receive from us a ready-made product, a one-stop shop such as sportswear, handbags, swimwear, etc.
Finally, let’s not overlook our most recent achievement, the approach of the Italian house CARVICO SpA to represent their fabrics in Athens. A company that from the first moment won our trust with the quality of its fabrics, but also of our customers who, thanks to its certifications, their products gain significant goodwill.
Chromo Textiles E.E. was founded in 2018. It deals with the digital printing of textiles, with their main composition of polyester fibers of more than 80% and is located in the industrial zone of the Koropi area, at 18, Zenonos Street, Athens – Attica.
It is a subsidiary of Gema SA., a company that was founded in 1983 and deals with reproducing audiovisual material in tape recorders, video cassettes, CD and DVD manufacturing since 2000.
In the field of printing we invested for the first time in 2006, creating the first and only in-house offset technology printing shop, in the optical disc production industry in Greece.
Having always in our minds the old saying “a rolling stone gathers no moss”, the shift towards digital technology is a one-way street for us, that wants to continue to channel all our energy into the productive activity of the wounded manufacturing sector of the Greek craft industry.
Establishment in existing facilities of “Chromo Textiles”, a subsidiary of GEMA SA, with main object of occupation the digital printing on fabrics and the trading of various promotional items.
The increased need for more choices in different CD-DVD packages, is the starting point for the creation of the first and only in-house offset technology printing shop, in the CD-DVD production industry in Greece, up until today.
The increased need for more choices in different CD – DVD packages is the starting point for the creation of the first and only in – house Offset Offset printing press in a CD – DVD production plant in Greece, up until today.
The development continues along with new investments, when the first lines of DVD players are added to the machinery.
In anticipation of the developments of the era, the company invests and relocates to new premises of 4.000 m2, in the industrial area of Koropi, where the first CD-ROM manufacturing machine is installed.
The activity extends to the reproduction and packaging of video cassettes (VHS) as well as to the translation and subtitling of movies.
Establishment of GEMA SA based in Agia Paraskevi in privately-owned premises by Gerasimos Vandoros for the reproduction of audio cassette tapes.
Together the two companies give us the ability to provide integrated solutions and services such as a conference, a promotional project, digital catalogs (pdf, excel), leaflets – Posters, Banners and more promotional items.
